Does the £11.45 minimum base rate apply to all colleagues?

This rate applies to all permanent colleagues whether full or part-time. It does not apply to bank workers, TUPE colleagues, apprentices or for sleep-ins.

Pay rates can vary by region, role and service type, but everybody will receive a minimum of £11.45 per hour.
