Our values
Our values guide how we act as a company and the behaviours we expect as we work towards our core purpose of providing great quality care and support. They were co-created with our staff and the people we support.
Together, we created our ETHOS – each letter stands for a key value, making them accessible, memorable and meaningful:

Each of our five values and superhero characters are accompanied with supporting statements. The statements explain the attributes of that value and were purposefully created to have relevance to both the people we support and our staff.
