About this Job –

Professional, fun and motivated Healthcare Assistant staff wanted for young client in Bradford area with complex clinical health and social needs.

Evening shifts Monday to Friday for 3 hours and 10 hours on a Sunday required.

Experience of working with complex needs desirable but not essential.

Must be able to show initiative to keep client occupied and stimulated.

Car driver with access to own vehicle desirable.

Full clinical and social care training and education will be given.

 

3 month flexible moving to fixed hours after probation


We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to support adults and children with complex care needs within their own homes. We are looking for passionate, creative and caring Healthcare Assistants to provide person-centered care and to support these individuals to live as independently as possible.

Your duties may include:
*Providing personal care
*Moving and handling needs
*Support with medication and complex clinical needs
*Companionship
*Meal time support

 

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as all of our Health Care Assistant’s receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support which is fully funded by the company. What’s more you’ll be paid to attend all of your training courses and receive great rewards.
