We can offer flexibility with hours on either temporary or a permanent basis, with a variety of roles and contracts. No previous care experience is necessary, you simply need to be kind, caring, compassionate and patient!

 

About the Role:

351 Maidstone Road is one of our residential homes in  Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent. This service specialises in supporting individuals with Learning disabilities to grow and develop. We support four males aged between 18- 64 with complex needs such as; Learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD and who present challenging behaviour in a proactive way. 

 

 

 

No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
