Role Overview:-
Voyage Care are recruiting support workers for our new 5 bed supported living service, Gresham Court. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development of the service from its infancy, to being fully established. Gresham Court will support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour, with the potential to also include a cohort of people under the transforming care agenda.

As a Support Worker at Gresham Court, you will support the individuals with all aspects of every day life, with a person centered approach. you would be required to support with tasks including; personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, finances, attending health appointments and supporting with activities. 

Requirements:- We are seeking individuals who are experienced with challenging behaviour or mental health. However, we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support. Additionally, you will be resilient, understanding and passionate about providing the highest quality of care. 

You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, sleep ins, waking nights and bank holiday shifts.
