Role: Support Worker Pay Rate: £8.71ph Location: Scarborough

Voyage Care are currently recruiting a brand new team of male support workers for our new supported living specialist behaviour support service in Scarborough. We are seeking experienced individuals to cover day and night shifts on a rota basis.

Within a specialist behaviour support service you are supporting extremely vulnerable and complex individuals with a variety of different needs. It is crucial that you have experience and an understanding of autismlearning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

We’re looking for people with a great heart and passion to succeed to come and work as a Support Worker at our new service. 

We are supporting individuals to move into their own property and start their journey to a more independent lifestyle. We will deliver intense support during difficult times, so it’s essential that you have experience in supporting people with anxieties and communication difficulties who may present with challenges to the service.

We will provide a paid two week comprehensive specialist behaviour support training package a comprehensive induction to support you in your role, and we offer a competitive pay rate.
