Job Family: Support Worker

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Pay Rate (£): £7.38 - £7.83 per hour

Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time - 35 hrs per week.

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, must be flexible to cover "Long Day" shifts from 7:30am - 9:30pm , which are on a rolling rota basis. (A typical week would consist of 2 full days and then 1 half day)

Location: Solihull

Role Overview: As a Support Worker at 429 Warwick Road you will work with people who have varying degrees learning disabilities to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Our support workers incorporate both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements: For Support Workers in this location, experience is preferred but not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

You will need a Full UK Driving Licence for this role.
