About this Role – Full & Part Time positions currently available.

The individuals we support will require specialist behaviour support services however still enjoy a lot of community access and activities while getting out and about in the wider community. We are then looking for Support Workers with the right values as well as varying degrees of life experience essential to supporting adults with learning disabilities. Experience desirable.

We have a in-house team that ensures that all of our services have plenty of PPE at all times.  All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance.  Our aim is to keep you and the people we support safe.”

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Social Activities - Accompanying people to medical appointments, day and activity centres, shopping, and social events within the community.
  • Practical Support - Domestic tasks such as assisting with household duties
  • Personal Care - Help with getting up and getting ready for the day and settling in for the night and personal care if required.
  • Medication Administration – Full training provided to administer medications safely.
  • Ensure the Safety and well-being of clients while enabling independence.


Varying degree of shifts available, Part Time & Full Time, including weekends + sleep in work.

Pay rate: £9.01 per hour, £30 per sleep in.
