**Experienced Support Worker **

St Helens, Merseyside

Pay: £8.30 per hour (Full/time 35 hours)

Role Overview:

You will be supporting a 54 year old male with everyday tasks such as making meals, cleaning their home, going shopping or paying bills: in addition to enjoying his many varied pastimes and activities, including: Bird-Watching, Cinema, Bowls, Music and Rugby to name a few.

Having shared interests would be advantageous, so if your're an avid Mrs Browns Boys fan or enjoy Yoga /Tai-Chi and can strut your stuff at the local disco - apply now, as you will be just what we're looking for.

Shifts will include early, late's and  sleep & waking nights across weekdays and weekends: so a great deal of flexibility is required.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Support Workers
  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate or a willingness to work towards qualification.
  • Fully flexible - to include most shift patterns
  • Be patient, calm and understanding: with a strong desire in helping others to succeed. 
  • A Full Driving Licence is desired for this role
