Pay Rate (£): £8.00 per hour

Pay: £8.00 per hour

Shifts 7.30am-2.30pm; 2.30pm-9.30pm; 9.30pm - 7.30am + Weekends. 

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Cecil Road, you will work with people who have learning disabilities and complex needs to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.  

The home is based in Dronfield Village, Derbyshire, which is only 7 miles from Chesterfield town centre and 4 miles from Sheffield city centre, and is close to local education and recreation facilities. We have good links with the local community as well as with specialist services in the area such as college courses and supported employment. Residents are encouraged to experience a range of activities tailored to their individual interests. Activities people we support currently enjoy include gardening, visits to theme parks, 3D cinema, discos, and the jump.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
