Role Overview:

Voyage Care are recruiting Support Workers who can provide care and support across the Wirral.

The "People we Support" may have a range of difficulties including Acquired Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities and or Autistic Spectrum Disorders in addition to Physical Disability and Mental Health Disorders.

You will be supporting individuals with everyday tasks as well as encouraging and enabling them to access local activities and amenities that will support their health and well-being: you should therefore have experience and confidence in working with vulnerable people in the community.  


Experienced Support Workers who:

  • Have a Full UK driving licence
  • Have achieved NVQ Level 2 or Care Certificate Qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Are great communicators.
  • Have a befriending personality: can encourage and understand the needs of others.
  • Are confident, competent and consistent approach to Support Work responsibilities.
  • Are team player, who recognizes the value in others.
  • Show empathy, understanding and patience when working with vulnerable individuals.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.


You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
