We’re looking for caring individuals with lots of energy and enthusiasm to come and work as a Support Worker at 73 High Road which is located in Gorefield Wisbech.

 We provide care and support to young adults with learning disabilities who rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and respect and support them to live a fulfilling life.

Is the role demanding? … Yes and at the same time very rewarding

Is it hard work? … It can be but we also have fun

High Road is a welcoming home for 6 adults with learning disabilities. The individuals that live at  High Road enjoy a very active lifestyle which includes activities such as swimming, gym, theatre and concert trips, cinema, disco’s, bowling, annual holidays, college, work experience, voluntary placements and much more, so you’ll be assisting with these on a day to day basis.

Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
