Role Overview:

We are now recruiting across Wrexham and Flintshire where our current services provide a residential, supported living environment for young people and adults with complex health needs as well as physical & learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. 

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access: attending college or work placements, discos and other social clubs such as crafts groups, gardening groups and volunteering in the charity shops.

Confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience with demonstrative skills and experience in social care. However, we do provide full training programmes that are specific to the needs of the individuals we support.



Male and Female Support Workers in Wrexham locations, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support, however we are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" and want to progress their career development. 

The ability to drive is considered essential for some of our Wrexham services, therefore we invite applications from drivers.
