Role Overview:
As a Support Worker at Heath Road you will work with people who have learning disabilities and complex needs to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.  

Heath Road is a purpose built modern environment with a home from home atmosphere. We are located in Heath Holmewood close to Chesterfield with access to public transport that drops you off opposite the home and easy access to junction 29 M1. As a support worker at Heath Road you will contribute to delivering great person centred care to all the people we support through motivation and empowerment, encouraging a more independent quality of life. 

Requirements:
For Support Workers in this location, previous experience is required.
