We are seeking ordinary people to become extraordinary Support Workers at our Services in Wombourne, Nr Wolverhampton, where you will be providing care and support to individuals with Physical and Learning Disabilities in achieving independent living and reach their full potential in life.

We are currently recruiting: 1x Full-time Support Worker and 1x Waking Nights Support Worker.

Your duties will include: 
*Providing personal care
*Moving and handling needs
*Support with medication and complex clinical needs 
*Companionship 
*Meal time support

You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
