Role Overview:

Voyage Care have new opportunities for Support Workers who are accomplished and confident in providing care in the community.

You will need to be consistent and reliable with the ability to support the delivery of structured daily routines and tasks.

You will be supporting a young female with a mild Learning Disability and Autism providing 2:1 support which incorporates a behaviour management programme to manage " Behaviours that Challange".

The Person We Support requires full time provision and you be required to work shifts patterns which include days and sleep-ins. Voyage Care will be initially offering Bank - Perm contracts subject to training / induction being completed.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Support Workers in the L25 Area. 
  • Care Certificate Qualification, NVQ level 2/3 in Health & Social Care: or willing to work towards qualification. 
  • Knowledge of /or employed experience of working with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
  • Experience of implementing Positive Behaviour Plans. 
  • Mappa Training or equivalent is desired.
