Role Overview:

Our service supports people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. Our aim is to support people to develop independent skills in all aspects of their daily living and access the community in which they live. We support individuals in a way that best meets their needs. 

You will be joining a dedicated team in supporting individuals with everyday living tasks as well as facilitating activities within the local community and exploring new goals and achievement's that will develop their independence in a person centred and inclusive approach.


Although no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support, we are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" and want to progress their career development. 

  • NVQ Level 2/ 3 in Health & Social Care


  • Care Certificate - Training forms part of the induction for all staff new to care. Please consider your approach to training requirements and personal development prior to applying for this position.

  • As a BANK Support Worker you will need to be flexible and adaptable: we operate a 24 /7 service, provided through a variety of shift patterns.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
