£8.30 per hour 

Voyage Care are recruiting  for it's Stafford service. Saltbank Court is situated just off A34 with good public transport links to surrounding areas and the centre of  Stafford.

You will be providing care and support to adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs who may exhibit behaviors that may challenge: we are therefore recruiting Experienced Support Workers who are calm, knowledgeable and capable.


Role Overview:

The work can be very challenging but equally as rewarding. 

Although you will be supporting people to do their favorite things; you should be skilled in encouraging new activities. You should also be adept in providing sensory activities, identifying fun places to visit, discovering local community activities and confident in transporting individuals to daily activities which they enjoy.


Experienced Support Workers who:

  • enjoy social interaction and the company of others,
  • have ability to cope positively with challenging behaviors
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) / Care Certificate in Health & Social Care is desired
