Pay: £7.90 per hour

We’re looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a Support Worker at Voyage Solihull and Birmingham!

We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Solihull & Birmingham area. They rely on you to keep them safe.

Working within the homes of the people we support, you will be supporting them to access a wide variety of community activities along with supporting them to manage and run their own homes, just as we do!

The people we support within Solihull and Birmingham have a wide variety of needs and no two days will ever be the same, so rest assured you will never be bored within your role! The people we support have varied needs and often need a proactive and person centred character like you to support them in making daily choices. This will give you as a Support Worker a great sense of pride in assisting someone to have life satisfaction no matter what your role was in making those life changes and choices.

Requirements:-


Support Workers in this location, previous experience is required however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
