*PART TIME AND FULL TIME SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED*

Pay: £8.03 per hour

Shifts 7.30am-2.30pm; 2.30pm-9.30pm; 9.30pm-7.30am

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Byards Keep you will work with people who have a learning disability and complex physical needs to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

We are located in Greylees near Sleaford, in a large residential care home that can provide support for up to eight individuals with learning and physical disabilities as well as other associated needs. As well as this we can also support individuals with an autistic spectrum condition, downs syndrome and sensory impairment. Support at Byards Keep is person-centred with the individual always being at the centre of the planning process.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location, previous experience is required. However, all of our staff do receive training tailored around the needs of the individuals we support.
