Pay Rate (£): £7.70 - £8.21 per hour

Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time - 35 hours per week 

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Pay Rate: £7.70 - £8.21 per hour

Shifts: You will join the rota including morning and afternoon shifts (7:30am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 9:30pm), you will need to be flexible to cover Monday - Sunday. 

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker at 18 Aqueduct Road you will provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Our support workers incorporate both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements:
For Support Workers in this location, preferably with a Full UK Driving Licence. Experience is preferable but not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
