Location: Outwood, Wakefield*

About the job: Wood Dene in Outwood, Wakefield are currently recruiting full and part time support workers to support people with varying degrees of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and mental health needs.

Wood Dene offer a transition service for people between the ages of 18-64. We are also able to offer emergency placements during times of crisis. The service provides round-the-clock support to up to 8 individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning disabilities and mental health needs. We support people with all aspects of everyday life from personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, attending health appointments, support with finances, social activities and outings.

You would be required to work a mix of early (07:30-14:30) and late shifts (13:30-21:30) and this would also include working alternate weekends.
