Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time - 30 hours per week

Location: Coventry

Shifts: Weekdays & Weekends - 7:30pm-3:00pm & 2:30pm-10:00pm.

Pay Rate: £7.70 - £8.21 per hour

Role Overview: 

At Parkgate Road we provide support to five adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and associated healthcare needs. The people living at the home are in their 20's and 30's and engage in a variety of activities both in the home and in the local community, using educational leisure and social clubs.

Each person has an individualised package of support, dependent on their needs, and are encouraged to devise and engage in a weekly programme of activities with an emphasis on developing their individual skills and broadening life experiences. The flexible staffing allows everyone to have the support they need to engage in the activities that they want to, developing life skills with the view to be able to live more independently in the future.

Each person is also supported to develop a unique communication plan, which ensures that their views and wishes are heard and upheld at all times.


For Support Workers in this location, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
