Role Overview:-

Voyage Care are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work in the Middlesbrough area, supporting 2 young males with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and attachment disorder. As a Support Worker you would be supporting the individuals to do a range of different tasks; including personal care, meal preparation, house keeping, attending health appointments and supporting with activities. 

This is a really exciting opportunity that gives Support Workers the chance to work closely with individuals, and to make a real difference. Shifts would be on a rota basis to include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. 


We are seeking Male Support Workers, with a Full UK driving licence and previous experience with challenging behaviour. However, we would still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support. Additionally, we need resilience, understanding and a passion to provide the highest quality of care.
