*Full time Support Workers required in Rugeley, near Cannock*

Pay: £8.10 per hour

Role Overview:

Our supported living service in Rugeley, Staffordshire supports adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

Requirements:

We are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" or are new to care and to progress their career development within the Social Care Sector.

  • Full driving licence - desired
  • Care Cert - desired
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care - desired
  • Employed experience within a care a setting would be advantageous.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
