£8.10 per hour in addition "Sleep In's" are offered at a competitive rate.

Role Overview:

Voyage Care are recruiting Support Workers who can provide care and support across the Wirral. Supporting individuals with everyday tasks as well as encouraging and enabling them to access local activities and amenities that will support their health and wellbeing, you should therefore, have experience and confidence in lone working with vulnerable people in the community. 

The "People we Support" learning disabilities and / or autism who may also display challenging behaviors.

The "People we Support" enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

Requirements:

Support Workers in this location, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support, however we are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" and wan to progress their career development.
