Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker in Clacton-on-Sea you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and physical disabilities, as well as mental health issues to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling a life as possible, incorporating social based activities, personal-care where needed, and empowering them to be more self-sufficient.

We do things with the People We Support; not for them.

 

Requirements:-
Support Workers in this location, with availability between 7.00am and 10.00pm on any day of the week, including weekends.

A driving-licence and access to a car are strongly preferred, but not essential.

Experience is preferred, however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

A range of full time, part time and casual contracts are available.  You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
