Full-Time Support Worker (35 Hours)

Shifts: 8am-3pm; 3pm-10pm; 10pm-8am

Pay: £8.20-£8.72 per hour

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at St Marks Road, you will work with people who have a learning disability, physical disability, autistic spectrum conditions, and associated complex health care needs, to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

Within our home, each resident is encouraged to explore and engage in a weekly programme of activities to include opportunities for education, leisure, social and fun activities. We are passionate to make sure that all of the people we support are able to enjoy their lives and live as independent as possible, so we strive to support skill development.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location previous experience is required, however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
