Headingley, Leeds.

Role Overview:

Supporting a gentleman with an Acquired Brain Injury and a highly complex care routine during the following hrs: Monday to Friday – 08:30am till 18:30pm & Saturday and Sunday – 10:00am till 13:00pm.

Regular activities include attending the gym, sports, visiting local Cafe's for coffee and watching TV. We are looking for someone with confidence and a personality that will progress this gentleman's rehabilitation and guide him towards an independent future.

We are seeking a confident support worker with experience of personal care and medication administration.


  • Experienced Male Support Worker
  • NQV Level 2 / 3 in Health & Social Care or similar qualification is desired
  • Knowledge / Experience of Acquired Brain Injury is desired.
  • A fantastic personality with a gift for encouraging others with positive praise.

You will need to demonstrate your ability to:-

  • treat all the people we support with dignity, care and respect
  • communicate clearly to all team members to ensure continuity of support
  • keep records, including care plans, health records and logs
  • assist with personal care and housekeeping
  • plan and support activities in the home and community
  • work to achieve desired outcomes for individuals
  • adhere to schedules of work (rotas) as directed by Team Leader/Manager
