Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Croft House you will work with people who have autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

Croft House is a detached home situated in the residential village of Thurcaston, close to the beautiful landscape of Charnwood. Your role will be to support people in doing their favourite things such as going for local walks, swimming, going to discos, visiting the pub, days out and even holidays. We ensure they live fulfilling and stimulating lives, whilst encouraging and maintaining a more independent quality of life.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location previous experience is required. However, all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
