Job Title: Support Worker 

Role Overview:-
As a support worker at our Supported Living Services in Hull, you will work with people who have varying degrees of physical and learning disabilities and Autism as well as mental health issues to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities. This will include supporting people with all aspects of every day life such as self-care, meal preparation, housekeeping, finances, medication and support out in the community and taking part in a variety of activities.

Requirements:-
Due to the needs of the people we support, we currently require experience in care for all support workers for this role. This role is for days and sleep in shifts.
