Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire

Pay Rate (£): £7.70-£8.21 per hour

Pay: £7.70-£8.21 per hour

Shifts: 7am-2pm; 2pm-9pm; 9pm-7.15am

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Red House, you will work with people who have learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, Prader–Willi Syndrome, mental health issues and epilepsy to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

Our home is situated in the town of Ilkeston, within two minutes walking distance of the local shops and is also close to the local swimming baths, cinema and bowling centre. There is also a local college which can be easily accessed.

We support individuals to use local facilities and become fully included in the local community. We believe that everyone can be enabled to exercise choice and will support people in making decisions, ranging from day to day choices about clothes and meals, to larger life decisions.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location previous experience is requiredhowever all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
