As a support worker at Cordwainers, you will contribute to delivering great person centred care to all the people we support through motivation and empowerment, encouraging a more independent quality of life.

You will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities, having days out, visiting local places of interest and attending local community activities. We strive towards fulfilling and stimulating lives to support individuals to achieve.

The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful.

 

    Successfully refer a friend and you will receive between £250-£750
