Antelope Way is a supported living service that supports 8 adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex care needs.

Duties include:

  • Providing support with personal care.
  • Promoting independence and supporting with activities in the community.
  • Supporting with preparing meals and refreshments.
  • Giving medication.
  • Domestic duties including laundry and cleaning.

The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful.

 

 

Due to the complex care needs for the people we support, experience in care or support role is required for this position.

Because we support with activities in the community having a driving licence is essential.

 Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
