Role Overview:

Saltbank Court is situated just off A34 with good public transport links to surrounding areas and the centre of  Stafford.

The work can be very challenging but equally as rewarding. As you will be providing care and support to adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs who may exhibit challenging behaviour, we are recruiting Experienced Support Workers who are calm, knowledgeable and capable.

Although you will be supporting people to do their favourite things; you should be skilled in encouraging new activities. You should also be adept in providing sensory activities, identifying fun places to visit, discovering local community activities and confident in transporting individuals to daily activities which they enjoy.

Requirements:

Support Workers in this location, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support, however we are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" and wan to progress their career development.
