Voyage Care, Quiet Waters, is looking for Support Workers to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.


Quiet Waters is a purpose built 6 bedded home for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We acknowledge that staff members are integral in making sure that the individuals that live at Quiet Waters realise their potential so we are very keen that staff members have a work-life balance that is ideal for everyone. It is a pleasant place to work and the staff collaborates well as a team. Family members are heavily involved in the care of individuals which works well for us as we can quickly resolve any issue that might arise.
