*Female Support Workers - Preston Area, Lancashire *

Full time, Part time & Bank Contacts available

Pay: £8.40 per hour.

Role Overview:

Providing 2:1 support to a female with an Acquired Brain Injury and Autism to complete everyday tasks as well accessing activities within the local community and developing her independence and experiences.

You will be involved in a support pathway, to enable people to learn and enhance their living skills. This pathway means, as a staff member you will deliver a variety of support to meet the needs of others and be part of their journey.

We want the people we support to feel safe in their home and have a team to encourage them to become part of the wider community and work towards more independence.

We want to attract a support team who are intuitive, calm and clear communicators who can offer the very best in support work.


  • Knowledge of / employed experience of Acquired Brain Injury/ Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
  • Great team work is essential as you will be providing support that is 2:1.
  • NVQ level 2-3 in Health & Social Care is desired.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary


You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
