Your responsibilities as a Support Worker in our Supported Living service will be to:

  • champion the independence of people.
  • encourage active participation in what their local community has to offer them and in return what they have to offer the community.
  • enhance their quality of life and participation with support in developing experiences and learning new skills.
  • actively support and respect their choices.
  • encourage daily routines such as cleaning, meal plans and budgeting.

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential.  We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
