Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker in Colchester you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and physical disabilities, as well as mental health issues to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling a life as possible, incorporating social based activities and empowering them to be more self-sufficient.

Requirements:-
Support Workers in this location, with availability between 7am and 9pm on any day of the week, including weekends. Due to the needs of the people we support, we currently require female support workers for this position. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Previous experience is essential.
