Role Overview:-


Highfield Farm is a 10 bed residential service situated in Barnsley where we support adults aged 18-65 with a variety of different learning diasbilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum disorders, prader-willie syndrome and complex needs.

As a Support Worker at Highfield Farm you will work the people we support to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Our support workers incorporate both therapy based activities and social based activities which includes; self-care, meal preparation, houskeeping, support with finances, activities, outings in the community, advocating at health appointments and all other aspects of day to day living.

This is an extremely rewarding role with the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support here. We have full and part time contracts available across days and waking nights. Day shifts are between the hours of 7:30-21:30 and night shifts are between the hours of 21:30-7:30.

** Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
