**Bank Support Workers Required**

Pay: £8.10 per hour

Role Overview:

We are recruiting Bank Staff to support our current team in the St Helens area.

Join our team; we support individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injury and / or autism with everyday tasks. As well as enabling the people we support to access local community activities you will help them identify and achieve their goals.

Working on a 1:1 basis with vulnerable adults requires confidence in lone working, and the ability to identify when someone is upset as well as empathy to understand others and their feelings.  

Although we are keen to attract Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. We provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

Requirements:

  • Drivers desired
  • NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate: a willingness to work towards certification.
