Pay Rate (£): £7.70 - £8.21 per hour

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will provide care and support to a 32 year old gentleman with an acquired brain injury within his own home, which will also be occupied by a family member. We provide high quality support to enable individuals to develop and maintain their independence and cognitive skills following an acquired brain injury.

Working as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, the role involves organising, motivating and supporting the client to optimise independence, manage personal care and access local leisure and vocational activities.

For Support Workers in this location no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.


  • The ability to build good relationships within a family environment
  • Good communication skills, ability to listen and show empathy, along with a positive and humorous personality.
  • The individual will be a dog owner and you will need to be comfortable around pets for this role.


  • Full UK Driver’s License preferred but not essential
  • Male candidates of particular interest
