30 Hour contract – will include sleep ins

 Requirements of the role :

  • Knowledge of / employed experience in care is essential.
  • Fully flexible approach to shift patterns.
  • Confidence in lone working with vulnerable individuals in the community.
  • Ability to explore and support individuals in accessing community activities.
  • Fully flexible approach to providing personal care
