We’re looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a Support Worker at Rhodelands. Rhodelands is Located in Doveridge, near Sudbury and Uttoxeter.

 

We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism.   They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life. You will need your own transport due to the small village location of the service.

Rhodelands is a busy residential home for people with Autism and/or Mental Health needs. As well as supporting people with personal care and meal preparation you will be supporting people with their chosen outings such as pub meals, cinema, theme parks, discos and walks. You may also be lucky enough to be chosen to assist on their holidays for a week.

 

 

 

No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
