Great Wyrley, Near Cannock.

Role Overview:

Being a bit of a thrill seeker: the young man we support loves theme parks, so this opportunity is not for the faint hearted or those who are easy scared. However, if the thought of riding a roller coaster during your working day appeals to you then maybe you should apply!

It's not all theme parks and days out though and you will also be supporting the regular activities involved in daily living.

Shift patterns include days and sleep-ins: Sleep-Ins can earn up to £75 dependant on age & length of shift.


We are keen to attract experienced staff who can "hit the ground running" and want to progress their career development. 

  • Hold a full driving licence.
  • Employed care experience with LD / Autism.
  • NVQ level 2 / 3 in Health & Social Care, Care Cert or equivalent care qualification.
  • Confidence in lone working with vulnerable people in the community.
  • Ability to promote independence and re-enablement
  • Promote and support the quality of live and potential of the people we support
