Job Title: Female Support Worker

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at our supported living service, you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and mental health needs to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, through social based activities and day to day living tasks

Support Workers in this location, experience is necessary in this setting. Flexibility is essential as it is a shift based role and you must be a driver due to the location of the services. We also provide a number of outreach and housing related support hours to people in the community who need a little extra guidance with certain activities and tasks day to day. These tasks range from medication administration, maintaining well-being with support to health appointments, assistance with personal care tasks and accessing community based activities both essential and fun to name a few. Activities include food shopping, paying bills and banking through to attending social clubs or the cinema for example.
