About this Job –

We are expanding our team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals to join our team of Support Workers.

You will support each individual to reach their full potential playing a key role in their recovery pathway, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including other health professionals and neuro therapists. A big part of your role will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities.

Some of the people we support have behaviors that challenge, but full training will be supplied to the successful candidate to help support the individual who is anxious.

 

Shift times: 7.30am-2.30pm; 2.30pm-9.30pm; 9.15pm-7.15am

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Bracken Villa , you will work with people who have profound learning disabilities, autism and cerebral palsy to support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location previous experience is required, however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary

No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support which is fully funded by Voyage. What’s more you’ll be paid to attend all of your training courses and receive great rewards. 

You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
