Shift patterns are -

shifts would be ( 0800 - 1100 1400 - 2300 - 2300 - 0800 ) would be 1 shift

number of days can be discussed at interview

Voyage Specialist Healthcare, part of Voyage Care, provides complex home care services for adults and children. These high quality services allow our clients to remain independent in the comfort of their own home, without compromising on the quality of their care. 

We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to a young adult with complex care needs within their own home. We are looking for passionate, creative and caring HCAs to provide person-centered care and to support these individuals to live as independently as possible. also to continually promote independence - prompting to complete daily tasks - accessing local community



You will be supporting adults and children and the duties will include:
*Providing personal care
*Moving and handling needs
*Support with medication and clinical needs
*Companionship
*Meal time support

 

 

 

We want the people we support to feel safe in their home and have others around to encourage them to become part of the wider community and work towards more independence. Are you the right person to join their circle of support?

You’ll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, and Bank Holiday shifts.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as all of our HCA’S receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support which is fully funded by Voyage. What’s more you’ll be paid to attend all of your training courses and receive great rewards.
