Pay rate: £9.50 per hour

Experienced Support and Enablement Workers covering day and night shifts on a rota basis.

We’re looking for people with a great heart and passion to succeed to come and work as a Support and Enablement Worker at our new specialist behavioural support service in Walmley. Candidate's with a Full UK Drivers License are highly desirable.

It’s crucial that you have experience and an understanding of autism and learning disabilities.

We are supporting individuals to move into their own property and start their journey to a more independent lifestyle. We will deliver intense support during difficult times, so it’s essential that you have experience in supporting people with anxieties and communication difficulties who may present with challenges to the service

We will provide a paid two week comprehensive training package and induction to support you in your role, and we offer a competitive pay rate.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
