Job Title:  Senior Support Worker

Pay: £8.33 per hour 

Role Overview:-
As a Senior Support Worker at Woodham Grange, Newton Aycliffe, you will work with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities as well as mental health issues to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements:-
The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. The role will include assisting the manager with the running of the home, and supervisions of support workers.  Due to the activities with in the service, drivers are preferable for the role
